Michelle helps to develop the Your Next Move programmes and ensure the smooth running of the organisation.  She's a trained dancer herself and is currently supporting our breaking classes at The Cavern & Linden Primary School.  She studied in Cardiff where graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) Dance degree, with a focus on contemporary dance.  Prior to that, Michelle trained for many years with Coady Dance Studios, before becoming one of their teachers in street and contemporary dance.

Since returning to Gloucester in 2016, Michelle has worked with GDance & Art Shape, developing her interest and experience in inclusive dance practice.  Alongside Your Next Move, she spends the rest of her working week with Gloucester Culture Trust as Project Co-ordinator, and as a freelance dance practitioner. Michelle is passionate that opportunities exist for young people to access dance training and to develop into dance artists.  She's looking forward to working with Your Next Move to develop more opportunities for young people in Gloucester.
